Calendly gives you a booking link that shows the times you are free, based on your connected calendars. A client picks a slot, the meeting lands on both calendars with a video link, and reminders go out automatically. You set rules such as buffers between meetings, minimum notice and daily limits.

For teams it can rotate bookings between people, pool everyone's availability, and use routing forms that send each lead to the right person based on their answers. Integrations push bookings into HubSpot, Salesforce and other tools, and it can take payments for paid sessions.

The free plan covers one event type and one calendar. Most service businesses and sales teams move to a paid plan for multiple event types, routing and CRM integrations.
