Who runs it
ClientsBook is published by Zwings LLC. Write to contact@clientsbook.com with questions about the site or a listing.
Why this directory exists
Running client work means juggling a lot of small tools: one for contacts, one for proposals, one for calls, one for invoices. Each now claims to use AI, and the lists that compare them online are often sales pages with a table attached. ClientsBook is a plain index of those tools, grouped by the job they do, so a freelancer, agency owner or small sales team can find a short list in a few minutes and then try the tools themselves.
We don't rank tools or publish prices. We write what each tool does, mark what we could and couldn't confirm, and link to the official site. Makers can pay for a labeled sponsored spot, and that never changes the description.
If you spot a mistake, a tool that has closed, or a detail that has changed, tell us through the contact page and we will fix the listing at the next rebuild.
How tools are chosen and described
A tool is listed once we have confirmed that its official site is live and that it does what our description says. Each tool sits in the one category that fits its main job, even when it does several things.
We don't publish scores, rankings or prices. Prices and plans change too often to keep honest, and a score would be our guess dressed up as a fact. Tools we couldn't confirm stay off the site until we can.
Right now that is 62 client management tools in 8 categories, last checked 2026-11-03.
Makers can submit or claim a listing for free. A person checks every request before anything changes. Paid placements are marked Sponsored wherever they appear, and they never change what we write about a tool.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, or a tool has shut down, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
